Visiting AIS Facilities

This week some of our team were invited up to AIS’ Training Facilities. Carolyn and Laura were kindly shown around the centre by David Newbigging and were shown how the GWO courses operate.

Laura Kean said “I found the tour of AIS very interesting, it was great to see some of the scenarios employees could face when working in the industry. We watched people who were participating in the course escape from an under water helicopter and watched a life like scenario of a fire with casualties who were trapped inside. I look forward to completing my GWOS myself!”
